Re-work Activity on Selected Trio Appliances

INFORMATION

The TRIO appliance is a unique product integrating hob, oven and dishwasher, and we thank you for choosing this appliance. The Candy Group give paramount attention to the quality and safety of the products we produce and in accordance with this practice we have issued an important Safety Notice, relative only to the TRIO models produced between 02 May 2005 and 30 March 2008.

RISK

Although the risk is very small, we have become aware and are concerned that an extremely low probability exists of overheating of a wiring harness which could, in rare cases, result in fire.

PROCEDURE TO FOLLOW

If you do have a Trio model, please verify the serial number of your appliance to find out if it is necessary to have your Trio checked. To do so, please click here to view the affected appliance list. If your appliance is involved we recommend that it is not used unattended until it has been inspected by our service engineer.
