The best part of smart working is certainly being able to say goodbye to packed lunches, sandwiches prepared in a hurry or expensive take-away food. However, since the whole family is at home, you definitely need some advice on how not to spent too much time in the kitchen. If you love healthy and delicious food but still don't want to waste time in long preparations and cooking, you can consider microwave cooking. And no, we are not talking about heating up the leftovers from the night before but cooking fresh and tasty dishes. Find out more!

Why choose microwave cooking

The advantages of microwave cooking are certainly its practicality, versatility and rapid cooking. The microwaves generated by the appliance move the water molecules present inside the food, cooking the food  from the inside out, without dispersion of proteins or mineral salts. In addition to maintaining the nutritional properties of food, the revolutionary factor is certainly the cooking time, which compared to a traditional oven, is shortened by almost two thirds.
